Reservations
When booking directly with "Guadalupe Lazy Days Riverfront TreeTop Cottages" we will charge a one time booking fee of $15rather than the daily booking fees of $25-$30 added by AirBnB, VRBO, HOME AWAY
Rates
Our Cottages can sleep up to 6 very comfortably.
$210/night (Sunday - Thursday) $230/night (Friday and Saturday)
There is a two night minimum if your stay includes a Friday or Saturday (ie: Thursday-Friday or Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday)
Three night minimum for Holiday Weekends.
Availability and Bookng
To check availability just go to top of the page and hit menu. From the menu select "Availability Calendar" then go to the individual Cottage for available dates.
When you are ready to book go the the menu and select "Rates and Booking". Go to the desired Cottage and complete your reservation via credit card.

Picking a Cottage
The Cottages are basically identical except for sleeping arrangements in the loft and views from the deck.
All Cottages have 1 Queen bed in the Master bedroom
- Cottage 1 & 2 have 1 queen bed and 2 XL singles in the loft
- Cottage 3 & 4 have 2 Queen beds in the loft.
